REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 3/16/2026

This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for services provided by Lucky Roots Studio.

1. DESIGN SERVICES

Lucky Roots Studio provides custom creative services including branding and website design.

Due to the custom nature of design work, payments made toward services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

2. DEPOSITS

Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins.

Deposits secure the client's project slot and cover planning and design time.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

3. PROJECT CANCELLATION

If a client cancels a project after work has begun:

• payments already made are non-refundable
• completed work remains the property of Lucky Roots Studio until full payment

4. CLIENT DELAYS

If a client becomes unresponsive for thirty (30) days:

• the project may be closed
• payments will not be refunded
• a restart fee may apply

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

If digital products are sold in the future:

• all digital product sales are final
• refunds are not offered once files are accessed

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, Lucky Roots Studio reserves the right to provide documentation including invoices, agreements, and communication records.

7. POLICY UPDATES

This policy may be updated at any time.
