DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS & LICENSE

These Digital Product Terms & License ("Agreement") govern the purchase, download, and use of digital products sold by Lucky Roots Studio ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By purchasing or downloading any digital product from Lucky Roots Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
All products sold by Lucky Roots Studio are digital files.
Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to download the purchased files through the checkout platform or via email.
No physical items will be shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to download and securely store purchased files.
Lucky Roots Studio is not responsible for lost files once delivery has been completed.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Upon purchase, Lucky Roots Studio grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product.
This license allows use for personal or business purposes subject to the restrictions outlined in this Agreement.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the design or copyright.
3. PERMITTED USE
Customers may:

5.SINGLE USER LICENSE
Unless otherwise stated, all digital products sold by Lucky Roots Studio include a single-user license.
This means the product may only be used by the individual or business that purchased the product.
The license may not be transferred, sublicensed, or shared with others.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All digital products remain the intellectual property of Lucky Roots Studio.
All designs, templates, layouts, and creative assets are protected by copyright law.
Purchasing a digital product grants permission to use the product according to this license but does not grant ownership of the design.
7. MODIFICATIONS
Customers are permitted to modify or customize the template to suit their own brand or project.
However, modified versions of the template may not be redistributed, resold, or offered as templates.
8.DIGITAL PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
Some digital products may require specific platforms or software to function properly.
Examples may include:

9. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered once files have been downloaded or accessed.

10. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Lucky Roots Studio does not store full payment card information on its servers.
11. UNAUTHORIZED USE
If Lucky Roots Studio discovers unauthorized distribution, resale, or misuse of digital products, we reserve the right to:
